New to the market, this whiskey and spirits business by husband and wife team Jim and Tammy, and of course along with their “Four Sons,” was started for the love of their Hometown. As for Jim, he created the idea to partner with his local distillery and create his vision. This is where the inspiration of “Toasted Coconut” flavored whiskey began.
 

As a hometown family, Four Sons Spirits' story is just as unique as the contents of our first bottle of goodness. Toasted Coconut Whiskey started from the passion of whiskey and the love of a campfire and the flavor of coconut! The thought of combining these flavors inspired the idea of the fun drink with a twist of flavors. Hometown has always been at the forefront of everything for the creators of Four Sons…the family have always encouraged the community to join together and create some excitement, fun and family memories —but more importantly, have always tried to be available to support the community when anyone needed a helping hand.

When the flavors were first combined (coconut and a wheat whiskey) to create the most delicious shot, many whiskey drinkers questioned this idea. But, it didn’t take long before it became a hit, and what we think someday will be our signature blend. Jim, a self-confessed “lifelong lover of whiskey” teamed up with his wife and local distillery to create Four Sons Toasted Coconut Whiskey. A whiskey that he hoped anyone would at least try and most would be able to sip and enjoy either neat or mixed into a refreshing summertime cocktail recipe. Much to their surprise, after working with friend and master distiller Brenden Backus, they ended up creating something even better than the original. Of course, the team wouldn’t be complete without the rest of the boys.
